This rotating ISOFIX base is the foundation of the SnugTurn System, an all-in-one rotating system that keeps baby secure from birth to approx. age 4. In one smooth motion, attach either of the 2 compatible car seats* to the base for easy rotation and fuss-free ins and outs. When the SnugLite i-Size R129* infant car seat and SnugGo i-Size R129* convertible car seat are connected to this rotating base, both car seats meet i-Size and R129 standards. This means they’ve undergone more side impact testing, ensure your little one stays rearward facing for longer and are compatible with any i-Size approved vehicle. In order to make installation as straightforward as possible, SnugTurn i-Size R129 comes with incorporated ISOFIX connectors that attach to the anchor points in your vehicle with just one click. The car seat base has a multi-position load leg that adjusts to securely fit in your car and absorbs energy in the event of a collision. The ISOFIX connectors, multi-position load leg and base have integrated colour-coded indicators to confirm when everything has been installed correctly. This rotating ISOFIX car seat base features an integrated anti-rebound bar that acts to absorb energy in the event of a collision. If you need to store SnugTurn i-Size R129 at any point, the load leg folds underneath the base for more compact storage.
