The Sebra Cot, Baby & Jr. is a Danish design classic that has been tested by generation after generation since the first designs were drawn by architect Viggo Einfeldt over 80 years ago. Thanks to its timeless design, the Sebra Cot grows with your child. The adjustable slatted base and extension feature allow the use of the cot from birth up to the junior age. It is made from certified wood and carries the EU Eco-Label. It offers a cot in an advantageous position for you - the highest slatted base setting is at your ergonomic height, making it easy to place or lift your newborn. Once your child starts to turn or sit up, the slatted base should be lowered to the lowest position. In combination with the distinctive cot sides, this provides a safe sleeping environment in the early years. When your child is old enough to climb out of the cot, the cot sides can be removed. The cot can then be extended to a length of 157.75cm (external measurement), providing ample space up to around 6-7 years of age. No additional parts are required for the cot extension. If you choose the original Sebra mattress, an extension piece is already included in the delivery, which can be used with the extended cot. The Sebra Cot offers a long-lasting solution that can be used or passed on for generations. This helps to conserve valuable resources and avoid future new purchases. The Sebra Cot, Baby & Jr. is designed for a maximum load of 15kg in the highest slatted base setting and 80kg in the lowest. The cot weighs 34kg including packaging.
